Individual Therapy
You will explore and learn about your anger by recognising negative self-talk and underlying painful feelings.
Learning new and effective ways of communicating and managing your anger and emotions in an assertive way.

In anger management counselling you will learn and be able to:

  • Learn to recognise anger in its early stages

  • Distinguish between abusive behaviours

  • Recognise and understand your feelings

  • Reflect on your abusive behaviour and the consequences

  • Develop anger management strategies

  • Respond to conflict or criticism without anger or rage

  • Develop an understanding of others perspectives

  • Express strong feelings in an assertive way

  • Resolve relationship difficulties

  • Distinguish between abusive behaviours
